離心機內置洗滌管，可在濾餅過濾的同時對濾餅進行洗滌。由于是薄層濾餅洗滌，洗滌效果好，洗滌液消耗低。在轉鼓背面可設計蒸汽管，對轉鼓背面結晶的物料進行高溫洗滌。 螺旋差速器有擺線差速器，行星差速器和液壓差速器三種配置，滿足不同物料的分離。
