臥式刮刀卸料離心機是連續運轉、間歇操作的過濾式離心機,控制方式為自動控制(也可手動控制)。 離心機操作過程中的進料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生等過程一般均在全速狀態下完成,單次循環時間短,處理量大,并可獲得較好的過濾(濾餅含水率較低)和洗滌效果。 GKH系列虹吸式離心機是在普通臥式刮刀卸料離心機的基礎上,利用虹吸原理增加過濾推動力,透過過濾介質的濾液全部進入濾液室,濾液通過虹吸管(撇液管)排出轉鼓,調節虹吸管吸入口位置可改變虹吸室內液面深度,以改變過濾推動力,調節過濾速度、處理能力、濾餅含濕量以及洗滌效率。 GKH系列離心機因具有虹吸功能,增加了過濾推動力,在處理粘度較大的物料時可以獲得較GK型更低的濾餅含水率。設置反沖裝置,可在需要時向虹吸室內加入反沖液,洗滌液經過濾介質流向轉鼓內,使過濾介質恢復過濾性能,得于再生。 Horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is a continuous operation, intermittent operation of filter centrifuge, control mode for automatic control (manual control). Due to the siphon function of GKH series centrifuge, it has increased the filtering impetus, and can obtain lower water content of filter cake than GK type when processing materials with higher viscosity.The recoil device can be installed to add the recoil liquid into the siphon room when necessary.
