刮刀下部卸料離心機為立式全自動過濾離心機。電機通過皮帶驅動轉鼓高速旋轉，待分離的物料在預先編制的程序控制下，通過進料系統進入高速旋轉的離心機轉鼓內。

在離心力場的作用下，物料通過過濾介質(濾布/濾網)的過濾，液相經出液管排出機外，固相則被截留在轉鼓內。物料檢測裝置實時檢測物料充填位置，當轉鼓內濾餅達到機器規定的裝料量時，停止進料。然后對濾餅進行洗滌、甩干。濾餅達到脫液要求后，離心機降低到刮料速度，刮刀裝置在液(氣)動控制下將濾餅刮下，并經離心機下部的出料口排出。

The scraper device will scrape the filter cake under the control of liquid (gas) and discharge it through the discharge port at the bottom of the centrifuge.

主要用于含有固相顆粒的懸浮液的固液分離，也可以用于纖維狀物料的固液分離。特別是對粘度高、粒度細、有毒、易燃易爆物料的分離。

如抗生素、維生素、醫藥中間體等醫藥產品，食鹽、味精、食品添加劑、淀粉、制糖、化學調味劑等食品，硫銨、石膏、芒硝、硫酸銅、氯化鉀、硼砂、染料、顏料、樹脂、農藥藥劑等化工原料，以及礦山環保等行業中的固液分離工作。離心機自動化程度高，處理量大，可實現遠程控制。
